A portrait of a place
A photograph records a house. A painting remembers it. Nata paints houses, pubs, shops and favourite views by hand in watercolour, from your photographs: the front door, the chimney, the climbing rose, the aerial nobody got round to taking down.
How it works
- Tell us about it. Use the form below, or order directly — choose your size and whether you'd like it mounted and framed.
- Send your photographs. One clear, front-on daylight photo of the whole house, roof and chimneys included, plus close-ups of anything that matters: the door, a window, the gate. Tell us what to lose — the wheelie bins can go.
- Approve a sketch. Watercolour is unforgiving, so you'll receive a pencil sketch to approve before any paint touches the paper.
- Painting and delivery. When it's finished and signed you'll get a photograph, then it's framed (if chosen), packed flat with care and posted to you — or to the lucky recipient.

Commissions are made to order, so the 14-day cancellation right does not apply once painting has begun. Not sure your photo will do? Send it first and you'll get an honest answer.
