Orders and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling. Payment is taken by card through myPOS, our payment provider, on its secure payment page at checkout — or, if you choose to pay later, by a secure payment link we email to you. We never see or store your card details. A contract is formed when your payment is received and we confirm your order by email.
The artwork
Each original painting is unique and signed. Prints are giclée reproductions, signed and numbered by the artist from a limited edition. Colours on screen can vary slightly from the real thing; we photograph every work as faithfully as we can, and are happy to send extra photos on request.
Copyright
Buying a painting or print gives you ownership of the physical object. Copyright in all artwork remains with the artist, Nataliia Moiseienko, and images may not be reproduced without permission.
Cancellation
Your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are explained on our delivery and returns page. These terms don't affect your statutory rights.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
