What we collect, and why

Orders: your name, contact details and delivery address, so we can process, deliver and support your order and keep the records the law requires. Card payments are handled entirely by myPOS under its own privacy policy.

Messages and commission enquiries: the details you send us, used only to reply.

Mailing list: your email address, only if you tick the box to join. We'll send the occasional letter about new work, prints and shows. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, or just reply and ask. We may use an email service such as MailerLite to send these letters.

We never sell or share your details for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Messages are kept for up to two years. Mailing-list details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your basket is remembered in your own browser's local storage so it's still there when you come back; it isn't sent to us until you place an order. Pages may load fonts from Google Fonts, and links to Instagram, Etsy and myPOS take you to services with their own policies.
