Delivery
Everything is packed by hand in the studio. Prints travel flat, in protective sleeves between rigid boards; originals are wrapped in acid-free tissue, bubble wrap and corner protectors. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
UK: free tracked delivery on almost everything. A few larger originals travel by next-day courier, which costs £25 (shown on the product page and in your basket).
Worldwide: tracked and signed international delivery from £15 (£10 for each additional item); £60 for large works. Please allow for any customs charges or import taxes in your country.
Returns
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you wish to cancel, and a further 14 days to send the item back. It must be returned in its original condition and packaging. We'll refund the full price, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the return. Return postage is your responsibility, and we recommend a tracked and insured service.
Commissioned and personalised work is made to your specification and can't be returned unless it is faulty.
Damaged in transit?
It's rare, but if anything arrives damaged, send us a message with a photo and we will put it right — with a replacement, repair or full refund.
